The bagels aren't so bad, they come frozen and they are put in an actual oven. The soup comes dried in a bag and then turns into what you see. The chicken for the sandwhiches is boiled in a bag, and comes frozen.

everything bagel taosted herb and garlic cream cheese salt and pepper and cucumbers bottel of peach juice or oj depends on the day and if im feeling adventerous a small butter caramel smoothy

if I'm hungry, either a BLT on whole wheat toasted or I get a 12 grain toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese and cucumbers and tomatos.

other drink of choice is an x-large chamomile tea, both bags in, three sugars and one creme.

I hardly ever buy anything.

Im so strict with buying food, that I buy out once a week on Friday thats it.

Plus I can't drink coffee, it gives me a headache so I dont waste my money on Tims.
