96-98 to 99-00 exterior converion

Personally, the reason why I'm interested in an EK5 (99-00) front end conversion is because I have JDM Raybrig OEM Amber Foglights for the 99-00 bumper. It won't work otherwise without that bumper. But, I might just have to sell the foglights because I've got JDM front and rear EK4 bumpers on their way with the extra OEM mouldings on all 4 corners. So, I'm kinda torn. heh.
