Does anyone know if 96-98 hatch front bumpers interchangable with 99-00 sedan bumpers? if modifciations are needed, how difficult are they and what needs to be done?

depends on what exactly you are doin if you have a 96-98 style car you need the front bumper grill , fenders headlights and hood to get the 99-00 look also could use the rad support but it is not needed , im not usre you can go the other way around though

 

i just wanted to use the 99-00 front bumper without changing my fenders/lamps/hood...is that possible without much modification?

 

No you can not use the 99-00 bumpers with a 96-98 front end. to use the that bumper, you need to change you lights, hood, grill, and fenders aswell.

 

blast...thats what I started to read on other forums. i prefer the 99-00 look, but since its my beater, i am not about to change the lamps/fenders/hood/etc.
