ok i just bought some and i should get em in a day or 2..

my question is that, since my civic had the option for the fogs, the wiring should be there right? sorta like a dx has wiring for a speedo but its unused

so when i go to install my fogs, it will be pretty much plug and play wont it? so all i would have to do is mount the lights, then run wire to where the harness is and "plug" the fogs into the harness, correct?

or worst case scenario, would i need to fully wire these bad boys up, splicing and the whole deal?

not really, you gotta run all the wiring from the fuse box. The mounting points are there though, just gotta do some trimming.

no splicing, just plug into the fuse box and run the wires
