actually the integra is the same as the rsx minus the engine and rhd.

the reason they changed the name from integra to rsx was because integra was the last model they had that still had the long name.

and if u noticed they did several changes in design/quality and NAME in acura's lineup to compete with higher end cars.

ie. benz, lexus, bmw, infiniti etc...

i think he was referring to the fact that the pre 02 integra is not an RSX

P.S.
rumor has it Acura is dropping the RSX out of their lineup because they no longer want a sports coupe and Honda is planning on adding the Integra into their lineup in North America. and the s2000 will be dropped from the honda lineup and the FIT/jazz will join their entry class level aswell.

i hope i inspire someone to do something themselfs... so many of my friends are dumb ***** and dont know what 3/4 of the parts on a car actually do....

on ths scedual is a wire tuck so it looks like the above pic when its running, polish the block and tranny, and then get everything finished painting and put all together so i can drive it again... 3 weeks without a car of my own is harsh but i think the finished product is well worth it....

i relocated the MAP sensor lower on the firewall so far and im buying more vaccum hose for it so i can move some of the hoses around to clean it up even more....

when i have the new engine the intake manifold will not have much ON top... or have an intake at all :P

The colour is hot. Almost looks like the shade on the Nissan Murano. What's it from bud?

^^ true that...

but if you werent a DIY person you wouldnt drive an EF... thats what i meant...
could be wrong but thats how i see it...

i dont know what car the color came from but its 2000-2001 Pontiac? im not sure the manufacuter even... but its Sunburnt Orange Metallic.... but to me its more copper/red than yellow.... i know for a fact it is a domestic color.
if anyone wants this color i know the paint code is 0404 @ napa... that will get you this exact shade and flake....

now that i think about it... i think there was a sunfire with that color in that year range... but im not sure...

im definately feeling the color and im loving having it together...

and thanks for the comments... 1 final coat of paint tomorrow after i get the side skirts mounted to make sure all of the imperfections are gone and it will be done

i cant wait to go cruising, it will look hot under the lights @ night

on another note... loudsubz... you are the audio man, where can i get fiberglass mat and resin to build a custom sub enclosure?

looking for a big chain store that i can get it.... and what/how much do i need? im doing the whole trunk of my EF... from the opening in the hatch up to the back of the seat then down to the bottom hinge of the seat so you cnat see under it if i fold the seats down...

Thanks
-Matt

CT sells it but ur better off getting it from a marine supply shop around u as it will be cheaper. Get alot of matt and alot of resin and you should be good, can always return what u dont use.
