hey guys i just ordered a set of carbon fibre mirros for my 89 civic si hatch, now the guy said that hed get me the mirrors for the newer style civic and all i gotta do is jsut cut a bit off them to fit....he showed me what e was talkin abut on there show car ( sls civic hatch).....is that all thats needed to make these fit?

 

I hope you don't plan to pay him full price for this junk? if you order a part for your car, it's assumed it'll fit.

 

he said its next to impossible to find carbon fibre m3 style mirrors for a 4th gen hatch.....he showed me what needs to b cut, its nothign that cant b done with a pair of snipes in a minute or two

 

btw im paying 90 bucks for them

 

if he showed u wat needs to be done and he said it will fit and he showed u then get it. we have no clue on this so u would know better.

 

ya he showed me himself on the companys show car which is the same year and car as mine

i bought a set of those for my 93 hatch i had them about 20 mins and took them back becuase they didnt fit worth ****, they were terrible, now im still searching for a passenger mirror cause thats all i really need for my poor *** dx, also those mirrors are not real carbon fiber they are like a tape, it looks *** in real life, but i hope u can get them to fit well on ur car since its different than mine, just i had a bad experience with them myself

 

these mirrors r not ractive and they r real carbon fibre, not the fake crap...cuzz that was the firs thtuign i asked and he showed me....there made by a small company in the states called almar styling products i think he said, somethign like that

 

theres a few companies that make these. I know I've seen them.

yea the piece that needs to b cut is jsut the part where the window fram and fender./door meet up.....takes like 10mins to trim, other then that its good to go

 

90 bux for real cf mirrors, thats a good price.

 

yea the guy knows me and my friends pretty well id say we give him maybe a good 50% of total business that he gets, but ya he bargains with us on some things

 

for 90 bux dont bother its fake cf it doesnt look nice

 

r u dumb or somethng, i jsut said they r real, he showed me exactly what im getting and there regular 250 plus tax's, im gettin them for 90 tho

 

i aint dumb maybe u are sure be a butcher n cut the ek mirrors to fit ur ef itll look great

if you guys wanted CF m3 side mirrors with side signals i could have hooked them up. carbon or chrome, chrome is paintable, just sand the stuff down. if anyone does want them i got a pic. PM or email me

 

btw i seen the similar mirrors to mine on jdmhondaparts.com for 280 a pair but the aint m3 style. the ones i got are in a box still, and are m3 style so if anyone wants to see a pic or anything just holla quick and ill email you them. i got other stuff too, 6 inch tv and a cone filter all new never used. holla if ya wanna check em
