I cracked my first kit. I nearly cried. I dont care u guys can make fun of me. The feeling is unbearable. I shoulda went with urethane.

The black widow front has a 3 inch crack on it. U guys think it will grow with more driving time?
What about ways of fixing it?

Any links to a Showoff2 or Skyline/Sensei front? Im willing to trade!:cry:

 

no need to cry. I know how you feel. Over the past 7 years I've had my bumper, I've fixed it about 4 times. A couple of times is cuz mine got split down the middle. The other times is cuz of stupid chip marks. After a while, you don't really care anymore. Maybe that's just me. Hmmmm? Come to think about it, I think I gotta get mine repaired again pretty soon.

 

Any suggestion on how to fix it?
btw importracer, u drive in winter with it on? 4 times?? thats alot...i woulda givenup on the whole scene.....i donno....but i love those EG so much!!

Yup, I drive it through winter. But when there's a huge storm, I try to leave it at home.

 

one of the benefits of fiberglass.......its easily fixed

How many layers of fibreglass was your front bumper made of?

Most kits out there are made with 3 or 4 layers of fibreglass. But I can get you kits made of 7 strong, durable layers of fibreglass.

I don't have the types you want, but depending on the year of your car i could get you another new black widow or something else. PM me if you're interested.

it is used......there are two cracks......one on each side....
about 2 inches each...
how do you repair it?
