DIY Angel Halos (Eyes)

Dunno, if this is a repost, but I saw DIY angel halos on honda-tech, just thought I'd post it up here too, real simple, heres the URL Click Here

let me know, it sounds very promising! i'm just wondering on options for posting, and also maybe options for disabling the daytime running light so those will show up instead???

Looks nice neat and simple.. Try it out! Let us know how it goes..

i wanna do this...... but you need projecters....

one of my problems being, does anyone know if projecters will fit in for a crx if you have a cai

it either JUST fits, or doesnt fit at all

Would be a nice project but I've taken my projectors apart one too many times. Don't feel like doing this a 3rd. time.

There's other uses for these things than just headlights, but not really any for civics lol. I saw a Subaru Impreza with angel halos around the foglights, looked really nice, think I might do these for my dad's matrix

you can make them any colour you wish, red, white, blue, green, etc.


just depends on what colour led you use

That looks good, but I dont know how wellthey would shine through on stock 5th en lenses, since there opaque.

i don't know how you would attach them on stock headlights? i'd love to put some on my car but if you don't have projectors how would you manage?

without projectors you would just mount them near the bulb...look at the inside ring on the blue car...that's not a projector...

yeah what martin said.

When I took apart my stock light, you can mount the angel eye in there, but I dont know how it would stay, maybe hot glue or soemthing.

Hey man looks good i would have personally went wit the blackhousing ones. Hey wat is wrong wit your headlights in this pic? Looks like there is a HUGE GAP in there.

Yeah they look so good... but i don't think i'd spend money on cosmetics for the car.. (you can tell by the hole in my rear tail light) :P
