obviously I would sand it...this isnt gonna be the first body job...prolly more like number 5...spray bombs are fine if u know how to paint...and seing as its a flat colour any imperfections can be sanded out and resprayed with ease

I don't think I would drive a desert storm civic. It might look cool in a picture, but would you expect people to take you seriously if you drove around in that thing all day?

Its a civic, its not a ferrari. I think that car looks good.
Why would people have to take you seriously?? Do u have to race?? Is this a car show??
I've seen some really dumb things done to civics, and this is not even close to the things I've seen.

I wouldn't do the two tone personally bro, all one solid flat green.
However I'd do it with a gravity fed gun and a pint or two of the paint. Also clear coat it but with a flating agent mixed into it so the clear will appear flat.
Do it up!

I've seen an assload of them on H-T... just watch the App&Cosm forum, they come up almost weekly. I think it's ghay, but whatever you want. I mean, a military Civic?????
In any case, go for it... but yeah, clearing it will be a must, cuz flat paint will soak in any bird pooh and fingerprints and such... but you can get satin clearcoat for that look you want.
