Front Windshield Leak!

Hey Guys

For some reason, at the front right side of my car, there is water coming in, I think its coming through the windshield, but I'm not sure and can't pinpoint the source. The dash is in the way and makes things dificult. Anyone got any idea where it might be coming through?

Thanks
D-T

Where is the water accumulating? The best way to test for leaks is to take a jug of water and pour it onto whichever side the leak appears to be..

Make sure you do this with two people.

And then what? the only way that you could do anything is to remove yor dash or the windshield. it's still going to cost $$. I know that the honda dealership can find the leak for you but that alone is like $80 and then to fix it cost even more. I'm broke!

What do you think they do at the dealer? This is the standard procedure at the dealership.

Did I say that this would solve the problem?

Just try it first.

I know there was a recall on the 92-95 for the same reason. The problem is in the bulkhead in the door jam. Honda never put enought selant around the bulkhead. Take it into honda and tell them what you think it is. They tried to charge me 60 bucks an hour to find the leak. meanwhile it is covered under warranty because it was a defect. hope that helps
