Have I ****ed my paint?

So in my new place of residence I’m forced to park under a tree and for the last month it hasn’t been too much of a problem. I washed my car at least once a week but for the last couple of weeks I have neglected it. Just this past weekend I took my car to the car wash, once cleaned it reveled that the leaves, sap and bird **** have done horrible things to the paint. In places it looks like bleeding rust and permanent imprints of leaves. What now?? For one I’m going to have to get a car cover (oh one thing I forgot to say my car sits in the driveway most of thee week and mostly gets used on the weekend) but what products and techniques can I use to my paint back

Mybe but I thought wax was for basically sealing and not getting out theses imperfections. I know there’s a lot of products out on the market; rubbing compounds, clay etc. that come before waxing that my help to get this imbedded stuff? I agree though my car needs some TLC and 1inch thick layer of wax
