Headlights Surface Scratches

i have a few minor scratches on my headlights plastic...whats the best way 2 remove them or polish them without having to wet sand or take them out? anybody know a product that can do that?

Give Meguair PlastX a try. I dont know if it will remove them, but it will shine them up nicely.
