HID in projectors civic

Now the projectors have that wiring harness attached to it to split the H4 to seperate high and low beams. Low being the H3, now I want to pick up an H3 kit but where do I get the power wires that the H3 kit will will use? I did the install on an RSX which was straight forward too the power from the high and low beam and spliced together with that of the ballast but where do I get the power for the low beam when its a in a civic projector like this?

Maybe I didn't look close enough inside but don't recall seeing wires.

Is there something i'm not getting?

Hey! I got projectors in my EG also. Let me know if you figure this out. I think HID in projectors would look awesome.

I wish some manufacturer would just make a plug and play kit. I think lotsa people would buy 'em up!

This is a very insightful page regarding retro HID kits.

On this page, it says that both H3 and H4 HID retrofitting will give you less than favourable results...

I wish I could afford HIDs for my EG projectors.

Send Daquel a pm, he has HID on his EG projectors.

There is also someone else too....he has a SiR blue colored hatch, body kit, really clean car...but i don't know his name.

what year civic?
you just splice the hid bulb wires (power/ground) into the projector housing connector and your done....then just plug the projector connector into the connector on the car and you done.
its pretty simple.
Obviously you'd have to use a test light and test which wire is which.
just plug in the two connectors and turn your lights one then stick the test light in between the connectors and try to make contact. when one lights up then thats power for low beam. after that turn your high beams on and do the same thing. once you've isolated high and low then the last one is obviously ground.

I've done this and yes the outcome is ****! Buy real HID projectors and retrofit them into your headlamps! Night and day difference!
