I guess everyone on honda tech is ghey
so just cuz everyone on honda tech does it, it makes it not ghay? I clearly see the logic!

in the mid 90s they used to have hood spoilers... like a wing for your hood. maybe you should get one of those if you want more front downforce.

Some Civics can pull it off...probably depends on the set up...exterior wise...try it out and see if you like it....who cares what we think....lol

for trying something different.

anyways, I'm only being difficult cuz I want you to rethink your decision. honda spends a lot of time in the wind tunnel, if they felt there was a need for more of a sharp hood profile, they would have designed that into the body.

the EK is a very nice looking economy car, great suspension, and solid reliability. I don't know what kinda monsterous engine you have in there to cause you clearance issues. if your engine is bangin into your hood under acceleration, maybe look at some engine mounts or something.

the hood lean as you called it was no doubt inspired by the idea that individual throttle bodies may benefit from cooler cowl air, rather than from air that's passed through a hot rad. whether or not this is true can only be seen in the wind tunnel with underhood cameras. as for you, no it doesn't look good. it doesn't make your car look fast or look cool. basically, it makes you a poser with the statement that you got ITBs. and same goes for everyone (whether on H-T or not) who has the hood lean and has the single throttle body setup.

there, is that a better logical argument?

haha, you guys actually think the raised hood looks cool?? wtf?? It looks like your hood got bent, and you can't afford to fix it, or get a new hood.

Oh, and that cool looking silver hatch above. That dood's jdm, with his cool raised hood, and oh yeah, his cool JDM mudflaps.
