how to install D2S:D2R HIDs on EK(H4)
I have an HID kit from an Audi A4, and would like to know what is the best way to retro fit them so they stay put and not bounce around. Or even better if there are actual adaptors out there to purchase.

the ballast on the top is the one I have.
thanks

what do you mean by retrofitting them?
The ballast can be mounted anywhere within the engine bay (as long as it's protected from water) using double sided tape of some sort.
With the Audi bulbs, you'll need a H4 base adapter so you can fit them into your stock headlights, unless you have the Audi A4 projector as well, you'll be able to do some serious retrofitting and making some wicked light

sorry maybe I used the wrong term when I said retrofit. I guess that only makes sense when it comes to projectors in stock housing.
Anyway, where can I get an H4 bas adapter and how much will something like that cost?
I already have the D2S2r Bulbs, will I have to replace them with H4's if I get the H4 adapter?
Thanks !

u really shouldn't use the adapters...u can't really throw a d2s/d2r bulb into an h4 housing without blinding people and having oncoming glare.
spend a little money and buy two bulbs which fit your car properly.
