Krown really worth it?

Is it worth getting the krown rustproofing for the winter? I'm worried about the drilling/engine bay/exterior mess after it's done. Our roads are covered in salt for the winter so I don't know if washing every 1-2 weeks would cut it.

Any good/bad experiences?

I've been to Krown Lakeshore, its one of the TCC's sponsors. They did a terrific job and no problems so far. Its cheap insurance, we get a discount there. Yes its supposed to drip, all those no drip things are crap, but as long as you park it a few hours on the street, you're fine.

Mositure causes rust. They say it's better to get it done in warm temperatures, because the oil seeps better into all the crevices etc.
I'm gonna get mine done soon.
IMO, there's nothing better than crown oil rustproofing. It is messy for a lil while, but if you plan on keeping your pride and joy for a long time (10+ years), it's a must !
Only you will decide that.

I get my EJ Hatch crowned every year and I swear by it. I have actually seen rust stop and surface rust look much cleaner. It also is amazing where you can get surface rust after taking your interior apart and looking yet Krown some how gets in there.

My '98 looks more like '08 because the original owner had it sprayed by Krown yearly
or so. This is my second car with Krown which protects the inner skin of the car. Waxing seasonally and washing when needed protects the paint whichs protects the metal underneath.
