hey guys... new to the forum and was wondering if you could help me out a bit...

im looking for a place to get my windows tinted... does anyone know a place that's good/realible?

also... for 2001+ civic sedan dx owners... you know that black side moulding on our door panels... has anyone research anything on removing them or painting them to match the body color? i mean... i love the mirrors and door handles in black... but im totally hating the black moulding... hehe

so if anyone has info... its much appreciated thanks!!!

For tints, check out Richard at Thornhill Tints 905-780-8468, he does alot of work for dealerships and his work is the best

there is an association that licenses tint shops... i'd be sure 1st of all the place you choose has this. secondly, I'd be sure that they have a dust free booth where they do their thing. nothing worse than getting a new car back with dust in the tint little bubbles are normal for the first week, but if they stay, they better re-do the tint.

thanks for the info guys... much appreciated... at first i was really stuck on tint king cuz that all i had exposure to... you know with all of their ads lying around on the streets... but ill look into the advice...

as for the side mouldings... any one got any info?

side mouldings can be painted, any body shop can do it, or you can do it yourself if you get that colour match paint stuff that certain body shops will sell you, premixed and in a can..... as for where to get that stuff i donno, i'm sure somone here can help you for that hook up...

the sidemoldings came painted on the lx version. So if your lucky enough to find a lx accident vehicle with the moldings in great condition, you can just take them off and put them on your car.
