Moisture in Lenses

Any idea how to clean it up? and stop it?
Ive got it happenin in my front left corner lense... and my rear left tail.
I'm thinkin if might be the light harness... how it has that foam seal that it might be weak. and not tight enough

Any other help would be good

Thanx

Jon

my friends brother works at parkway and he did mine!

all you do is remove the headlights or corners and drill a little hole inside on the bottom of the headlight, then u wont get any water or ressidue or w/e in there. PEAC

you can take out the light bulb and use a hairdryer to remove the water.

Hm i still havent got around to the moisture problem

But my car is disabled right now
and im takin care of all the little problems while its stuck in my garage

Now my question
Does the drilling of a small hole in the bottom really work?
its not like enough water to be drained
its just moisture build up on the inside of the lenses

Anyone try this out?

Well it might not even be the lenses after all
after lookin hard at the lenses last nite
i believe the socket doesnt seal properly onto the lense
so what im gonna try... im gonna pick up some thin insulating foam
cut out a ring the size of the rubber seal on the socket already
and see how that works out

If its a condensation type problem you got then i had the same thing happen to my stock taillights;in such a case there may not be much you could do to clean the inner part of the lense but you could use a silicone kocky fill around the edges of the lights.
This worked for me cus the seal on my lights were weak.
Good luck

Thats what im thinkin it is
a weak seal but on the sockets where it meets the housing.
