Paint Help! Hazy Spots!

There are some hazy spots on my car, some spots are bigger than my hand, and its very noticable since my car is black. They werent there before and I havent put any thing on the paint. When I run my finger across it, it feels kinda grainy (fine grain). Its as if the clear coat is corroding. I just do regular car wash and I wipe off any bird **** as soon as I see it.

Anyone know what the cause would be or how to fix it?

I'm not sure, but if you don't get a quick answer - you could always take it to a bodyshop, and get their opinion.

clay bar wont fix it. do you guys even know what clay bar is for. lol. try buffing, but if its just haze in the clear it will fix it, if the clear is gone (like what happens in Arizona etc) then there is nothing you can do but repaint. Unless it's a single stage which doesnt have clear, in which case you can buff it pretty nice for a temporary shine.
