painting the eg tail lights..color suggestions?
Hey,
Today I think I am going to take off my tail lights off my eg which is black. I want to spray over them with a different color.. I know which type of paint to use and how to do it. Just wondering what color should I use and should I paint the whole light or just over part?
I am considering a black paint right now

...colour you tail lights black? i hope you mean smoking them. i painted mine red but i've noticed that more and more hatch tails are being painted red these days . it gives the car a cleaner look without giving it the "rice" look .

ive yet to see a painted set of oem tails that looked "good" i would just leave it oem or get some red/clears if u can.

On a red car....all red tails looks good.
On most other all red doesnt flow. If you are gonna do anything, maybe do just 1 thin layer of tint to darken the red if that is what you are lookin for.
Or best yet...spend acouple coins and get the red/white tails.

my eg is black.. I just want something a little different that looks good.. where do you guys get your paint from? I went to some places all they had was black.
