Unhappy Problems with Underbody Kit

Ok boys and girls I'm having some trouble with my underbody neon's. (You know you love them) 2 days ago everything was working just fine. Yesterday there was a flood on this street and I had no choice but to drive over it VERY SLOWLY. Later on last night (4-5 hours later) I tried the neon's and Now there are not working. What could it be? water just fucked all the tubes, fuse, wires may still be wet?? Can someone please help me.

THANKS RICH.

Hows the wiring rich?

Did you blow a fuse?

Take a multi meter under the car anc check the connections by the neons to see if you get power?

Water in the tubes>

check the wireing i put some on many cars without problems in the worst rain i mean if that was the case then youd have to carefully wash your car if all connections were done right there should be no prob just check with a multi meter.

Same problem for my undercar neons.

gatherer helped me salder the switch and wiring back, tested it, it was fine, then shortly it was out again....

I dunno what the problem could be..
sometimes when it rains the lights blink, better not to turn it on when in contact with water. I covered the wiring with tons of tape to protect it from debri.

Hey Tmak and Wnt_2_go_fast... I can pull out the multi meter and soldering iron and test connections at the next meet (tomorrow) if you guys are there....

Tmak I'd like another shot at fixing that when I soldered it the first time it was below freezing out so the solder joints were probably "cold" solder joints... I'm willing to look at it again...

gatherer thanks, we'll meetup sometime, I'm sure the lights didn't crack or anything, they're still good.

WNT_2_Go_Fast do you the ones with the built in transformer in each tube? or just one Big Transformer
