they emit a ion-ish light and the light unit itself looks multicoloured from different angles...well if these are the things I'm thinkin of, they are pretty late 90's style and many people got booked for such things

ion light is like a yellow-ish normal fog light colour and yes, illegal cuz of all the colours in the light housing

it looks like oil in water.. you kno what i mean?? how it has that rainbow effect..
