Removing wiper frame assembly

Removing wiper frame assembly
I cannot seem to get my wiper frame (metal part) to budge and come off the J hooks. I want to put my reflex blades on but I cannot for the life of me get teh damn stock wiper assembly off. I pushed, pulled, pryed, poked, and prodded the little plastic tab and pulled with all my strength but I cannot get the thing to come off! I even tried WD40. I feel like I'm doing something wrong which is keeping it from coming off. It's a 2004 EL if that makes a difference. MY only idea is that its a 2004 and the metal piece was never removed or replaced (I just put in new rubber inserts).
Any help is appreciated. I'm probably going to go to RH Honda and ask someone there to help (anyone here work there? )

Dude man... Hang your head in shame. It should be a little 'leaver' you lift up under your wiperblade. WD40 is more of a 'cleaner', for lubrication, get something with teflon, or a liquid wrench. Not saying you need that for you wiperblades, just recommend it for house hold objects. Teflon will stay, while WD40 will not. Try Pressing forward, before supressing and pulling.
Uninstall
1. Supress little leaver
2. Pull away from curved end, while supressing little leaver.
Install
1. Slide Wiper blade on, untill it clicks
2. You sure it clicked?
3. Make sure it clicked.
4. Yes, there's actually alittle click, keep pulling, use muscle.
5. There you go.
6. What's for dinner?
