is it really hard to install a front bumper yourself? I got an exact fit front bumper and I am just wondering if it is just a matter of taking off old bumper and putting the new one on??

I would like to know whats wrong with moulding the body panels together? I want to mold everything together except the hood, doors and trunk.

major things wrong wit that would be
taking it back off incase of an accident or if u decide to change it.
or even changin the headlights.
hmm smaller things would be things like cracking paint ships etc....
like if ur bottom part of the bumper scrapes now instead of taking that piece of bumper off you will need to take the whole car and most shops will jus cover everything up and then paint it which is not the way to go for bumpers.
they should be removed and fully repainted.

very very nice, job looks professional.

if I decide to install a front bumper I bought for myself (an exact match to my car, already fitted), is it as easy as removing the OEM bumper and putting mine on expert GSR??

if its an exact match it should fit pretty snuggly, i had to do a bit of customizing to get mine to match up nicely but wasnt very hard.. if your going to do an entire body kit, that isnt a perfect match expect to spend some time on it.. im just about done and im about to send it to get painted so keep checking up for updated pics..

nice but i'm worried about it cracking.....

I think I would do it to the back bumper but the front is pushing it a bit. Sideskirts I would do as well. Just that if you bottom out once it might crack uptop. Well, you will be my tester, tell me how it goes

Should look nice when its done, my friend molded his body kit as well, look great before he got it painted, unfortunately the body shop sanded too much around the side molding and is came out wavey in that area. I'm anxious to see how yours comes out man, should look good.

dont worry about what everyone says .i have my sides and back completely molded. as long as you dont hit anythign with your back bumber you are fine..
man the look of it is sick....and you get points in shows for it
trust me if it is done proper it wont just crack........if had mine done since last year and im fine
molded skirts look so amazing.......
however everyone does have a point about molding the front
everyone knows that you scrape your font and then you might have some problems and if you have to take you front skirt off to bed it on a tow truck then you will have problems
so my advice is dont do the front molded.........im telling you from experience
