Someone stole my side mirror!!!

Last night I parked my 2003 civic lx coupe around the adelaide and peter street area around 1:30am in a well lit area but couldnt pay for parking cuz it was closed. Then went to a club fluid for an hour came back around 3:30am, noticed my car was there still and had no ticket so of course I was so happy then I realized there was no driver side mirror, I was going crazy I couldnt believe this like the whole thing was gone ripped right out. So my question is, who the hell would take a mirror and what would they need that for? Is this common? And can this be replaced? Why couldnt the person take the other mirror too? Would i have to go to a dealer and how much would this cost,

Sorry to hear about that. Ive had side skirts taken off my old car before lol.

Check parkway to see how much you can get one for, parkway also hooks up huge discounts to paid members, you may want to consider that option as well.

oooh man, someone is pathetic... or someone side swiped it off and probably picked it up so you didn't see what kind of paint they had when they hit you.

call insurance, can't you get those things covered as like a comprehensive claim? i remember my insurance explaining to me that it wont go up if you make comprehensive claims for stuff like vandalism and etc. you just need a police report within 24hrs or something and you don't have to pay the deductible.

Someone once stole the mirror part of the passenger mirror out of my car. Didn't damage the housing at all, just popped out the mirror. I mean like, why? It cost me like $15 for a new one at Honda. Some people eh!
