Taking paint off grill craft....
I'm trying to take paint off my grill craft....


Can I soak it in bleech for a nite and will it come off ?

no... bleech works on clothes, not acrylic laquer or base/clear. Try acetone... soak it for a night, wipe down, soak again... but why not just sand blast and re-paint?

Go get some paint stripper, just cover the mesh with it. Let it sit for awhile then take a hose to it.

should get most of it off.

Take it to a body shop and give them $20 to do it (sand blast). It will come back all nice and clean ready to repaint. That's what I'm gonna do.

You can get away with giving it a light sand and repainting it yourself...I already painted my grill once and i plan to change the color of it again soon.
