Is Underglow neon legal?

Is Underglow neon legal?

Someone told me underbody neon light is legal if only install on both left and right side not the front and the back....

anyone know about that.......tell me plz

i think its illegal to drive with them on, and ok if ur chilling and parked, they should b illegal tho, in my books there illegal cuzz im da ricer police....

I always thought they were only illegal if the actual bulb is showing. Why not save yourself the trouble...and leave your car how it is?

I want black underglow...lol, its so cool cuz u cant see it...gives your car a shadow at all times yo!

IBTL, on the packages for the kits it says "for off-road use only". I think white is the only legal neon undercar kit.

They are definetly illegal to have on while driving. The cop will pull you over and tell you that they are distracting to other drivers and can cause an accident. Not sure if this is an actually written law, but they will pull you over no doubt. Same with those license plate bolt lights and Winshield Washer lights

Thats only on stuff so the manufature can say...told you so - just in case you got a ticket or anything like that....its to cover them. Laws where they make 'em are different then where they are sold.

it depends on the cop and the colour of it. my friend has white and most of the cops we'ved asked said its ok.
