Go to crappy tire and get Krylon amber/orange stained glass paint and some clear coat. Take your clear corners off and lightly sand them with 2000 grit sand paper, then clean off with a rag. Spray them some where were it's warm and well ventalated. Spray light coats of the amber following the grain/lines on the corners. Let dry and repeat till it looks right. Then use about 2 coats of clear on top.

In my opinion if you want Vision ambers buy the real thing. They can be had for $100 on ebay all the time, just take a look.

Think about how much it will cost to make replica's when for another $40-$60 you can have the real thing.

that's my 2 cents

In total it cost me about $30 for my corners. $20 for the clear corners themselves and another $10 for the paint, clear coat and sandpaper. Took me one afternoon in the summer to do them.

People have said many times, 'hey nice vision corners, how much did you pay?' or 'Visions, wow, those are pricey' Many people haven't been able to tell the difference. They where $70 cheaper then the real thing and look better imo. Real ones look more orangey then amber if you ask me.

Greg you've seen my corners, if you still have your stocks, put them back on and bring the paint and clear to my place or a meet one time and I'll do them for ya.

I will be building my car to have the JDM look, so for me since I will be spending a lot of money on JDM parts that extra $100 for the vision logo is no big deal. I want people that know their stuff to realize that theyare true vision corners without having to ask me.

I'am picky like that, not everybody is the same though.

If I had an extra 55 to spare I'd grab me a set to use in the summer and my fakes in the winter.

Yeah. I agree with you Matt, no matter how much you spend your car won't be JDM unless it's right hand drive. Hell most 5th gens weren't even built in Japan. This JDM thing has gotten out hand if you ask me. When I first got in to the scene, it was all body kits and altezzas, how big your rims where, how low your car was. Now that's called rice. JDM is the in thing, where it was once stupid to spend your money on all that stuff. I liked JDM from the beginning but now it's so mainstream that I don't even want to bother with it. In a way JDM has become the new rice. But I guess if it's rice now then body kits and altezzas will be back in again right?

People who cares about style, keep it clean and simple and like my friend Max Hui says 'Keep it light, Keep it fast'

I have Krylon Stained Glass amber spray paint available if anyone wants to paint theirs. I was contemplating doing mine but passed on it since my car is red and the amber doesn't work too well with it.

If you want some help on finding them PM 94EG6HB....he loves to help people out. He's also a JDM ****, so expect the response to start back with "why are you not wanting to buy the real ones?"
Hope it helps

we said he was a JDM ****...not a graphic artist.
Aaron use an image manipulation package to shrink the size....like graphic workshop or something.

Also a real JDM fan would smoke 555's not Belmonts.....and you said you were JDM
