Wheel Mounting Weights
#21
11 people are all wrong, lol what a coincidence
Anway...
the sticky weights leave goop all over the rims i dont like them, And they fly off costing anoter rebalance. They also hold in dirt and grime, when you wash the rim, then drive away all the crap spills out ad makes the rims dirty again.
im takeing them off and getting clip on ones on the inside next time i get a balance.
Try NAPA if you want to buy them, call around some suppliers.

Gatherer, i don't mean to offend you but all I did was ask where I could buy the weights. I do appreciate your help, you've contributed knowledge on a number of my questions.
Edit: I already did the simple math on the change in radius too, so I know what weight sizes I need.

There was a show that mentioned rim weights and they use this machine that spins the wheel at a high revolution and this pin thingy points at the tire and indicates which part of the rim needs weight added to it.
