where to buy replacement panels???
loking replace my rocker panels (front to back) and rear quarter panels ( not just the arch im looking for the full rear quarters)

this is for my EF hatch (91 si) to be exact.

You can get aftermarket rockers from keystone, they go for around $50 / side. They sell repair panels for the quarters for $81 each, but not the full thing.
