Who has shaved door handles?

I'd like to know here who has shaved handles on their civic.

Reason being is because the way I had the cable hooked to the rod isn't fail safe. I want to know how you have your actuators placed and the cables attached to what?

Pics would be DEADLY!
HA

Thanks!

Interesting. I don't think I have room to mount the actuator anywhere close to the lock without the door panel hitting it. I'll have a look in the spring though.

Anyone else?

i had it on all 4 doors of my old car.
i used a trunk solenoid.
its better then an actuator especially if u got a heavy door from ie. speakers etc.....

i just hooked it up to my release rod and then tightented the screw that is supplied with it.
