i am glad i dont do this stuff anymore...the same questions over and over. with ctr cams and pistons in a stock head you will make 185 chp and 117ctq. your header will dictate your top end and you c/r will dictate your torque. for a dd i would get run of the mill parts like a hytech knock off and set the static compression to 12:1... i have done mild b16 setups that have run 178whp. tuning is key. make you life easy and call andrew to tune it.

 

the chitech replicas make lumpy torque curves from my experiences. IMO even the small tube header is too big for a 1.6L.

 

i ran a stainless dc jspec 4-1 itr header, 2.5 collector....for $500 it was a good deal for what it did. the 178whp was on my friend craig's b16....ceramic coated 4-2-1 b17 dc header. that car haul'd ***....

 

the JDM DC 4-1 is a decent header, but the quality isn't there on the DC parts IMO.
