b16 ticking

well I noticed I am getting a bit of a tick now in my motor..
it comes and goes on idle so I know its not a major problem...
just wondering if anyone can recommend anything to help this?
or does anyone know the exact parts I would have to change in the head to resolve this?
I know its a common thing with hondas
my motor is 2000 JDM b16a2

thanks

Yeah, it could just need a valve adjustment. Mine had a slight tick, I adjusted my valves a couple of weeks ago and now it sounds mint.

Or it can be the lost motion assembly.

no problem. It's pretty easy, just a little time consuming and a little hard on the back.
