peice of cake.
From A4 of the ecu to the vtec solenoid (single wire part).
From D6 of the ecu to the vtec pressure switch (the green plug with 2 wires) and then the other wire from the pressure switch to a ground.
Depending on what ecu you are using you might need to wire up a knock sensor. If you're using a stock p30 or p72 you'll need to wire one up.
From D3 of the ecu to the knock sensor on the back of the block.
You'll probably also need to extend the o2 sensor wires so that they reach back near the cat, b/c b16 o2 sensors are in the collector of the exhaust manifold.
If you are using a b16a2 (out of a 99-00 SIR) the EVAP purge solenoid you can just leave unplugged b/c the plug is different on the obd2 engines compared to your obd1 engine harness. And you'll need to extend the wires and change the plug to an obd2 style (square) plug for the IAT sensor. OBD2 USDM b16a2's use the IAT sensor in the intake tubing, whereas your obd1 engine harness will have the obd1 style (round) plug near the back of the intake manifold.
Then you'll either need to use an obd1 b-series distributor, or use an obd1 to obd2 distributor conversion harness, or just solder obd1 plugs (2 of them) onto the obd2 distributor, or solder the obd2 plug (1 big plug) onto your obd1 engine harness. This is necessary b/c obd1 dizzy's use 2 rectange shaped plugs and obd2 dizzys use 1 big square shaped plug, so obviously the obd2 dizzy won't plug into your obd1 engine harness.
