Clutch problem??

Clutch problem??

In my 1997 civic si, when i'm at a full stop and i want to move forward, when i release the clutch and apply the gas the Car jerks a bit before moving forward.... some guy told me that its a flywheel problem...it's definetely not my driving as i have driven manual for a long time...

can anyone help me out, not sure if its a clutch problem or what...

your flywheel probably has "hot spots" which would cause a bit of chattering or jerking when releasing the clutch.
