Code 43: Fuel Supply Help

Hey everyone,
Now my car has been running like crap for a while now. It usually happens in the highway or when I'm trying to pick up speed quick the CEL light will come on and the car will bog down and I'll have no power at all unless I slam on the gas then the rpm's will just shoot up and the car will somewhat pick up speed. Now when i turn off the car the CEL goes away and the car runs ok. I checked the code and it comes out 43: Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system. Now what would I possible need to replace to fix this problem?

Sorry about that, it's a 93 SI. Also I'm getting a reading of 1 now which is my 02 Sensor. Now after I get a new 02 could this possible eliminate the other problem as well?

ok now.... 43 is a general code meaning the car is running rich. the bogging confirms it. I'd check the TPS and MAP sensors, also checking for minor vacuum leaks. further, I'd make sure the PCV is functioning properly. if at all possible, have the sensors logged (I'm not sure if this can be done easily with OBD1). if the sensors are all ok, I'd turn my attention to ignition, making sure the spark was hot and on time. when was the last time a tune up was done? if ignition timing and spark check out, then move to fuel delivery and check for a leaky injector and also measure your fuel pressure just to make sure there is no blockage in the return line.

i personally think it'll be an ignition problem from neglect...
