Crankshaft Pulley Torque Specs

Anyone know what the crankshaft pulley should be torqued to on a 2003 honda civic DX (d17a1)? Service manual I have says 14 ft lb which has me a bit worried as that doesn't seem right...

you might want to add a "0" to that 14ft/lbs

14ft. lb. + 90 deg. turn from that position will bring you into the 120-140 ft. range.

Do as the manual says. Then, you can use your torque wrench to get an idea of how much it takes to release the bolt again.
