A mild port & polish + valve work, done at Gord Bush Performance, plus minor intake manifold work.

Port matched intake manifold to 68mm opening
Intake runner, one of them was off by roughly 1/8th, imperfection from aftermarket stuff but is matched with gasket now.

flow is much more important that volume in honda heads ... to increase flow as someone mentioned earlier ppl have actually reduced the volume and reshaped them using epoxy...cleaning up casting flash and port matching can only help... also, one of the big areas to focus on is the bowl area just above the valve... another is the floors and radius of the port floor... if this is done correctly it will great increase flow rates due to it creating a venturi effect... that coupled with a good valve job and voila!!
