Ecu

ok i have a problem. I just swapped a b18b1 96 integra motor. I am running OBD2B and running a b16 P2T ecu(sir ecu). Now i wanted to install the proper ecu into my car for this motor. Its a P75 OBD2B ecu from an integra. Now i know that i have to pin out the harness as connector A pin 16 on the civic is the fuel pump relay and on the integra its pin 15. I switched the pin for the ecu fuel pump kicks in but still will not start. Is there anything i am missing?

check to make sure all of the engine/ecu grounds are hooked up properly.

If they are, check for spark and report back.

you're getting spark?

Did you pull a spark plug out and check for bright blue/white spark? Or are you just assuming that you're getting spark.

sounds like you've got everything sorted out with the ecu.

What are you using for a dizzy?

Do you have the firing order set right?

It goes 4-3-2-1 on the engine with 4 being closest to the dizzy

and on the dizzy its

3 4
1 2

Do you have the TPS and MAP sensor plugs switched around?

Any CEL's?

ohhhh....ok, I see what you're saying now.

Maybe test the LS ecu on another car and see if it even works.

I dont want to be the one to say this but " pretty reputable " these days is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Find another car to test it on like Zeeman said.
