oil pump crank removal??????

you dont need a puily puller. All you may need is a pulley holder. Crank pully or aka harmonic balancer, is tightened to 180ft/lbs of torque by factory if i recall correctly, and from experience, removing many in the past its a b!tch without the holder unless you got air. once the bolt is out, just wiggle the pulley off. Watch for the key, dont loose it.
I found a little pry bar useful if used correctly to get it off. It fits almost 100% on it, so wigling is REALY limited, while prying on one end, hold back with your hand on the opposite side, keep going around till you feel it move.

Doesn't really matter which engine, don't know why I asked...lol.
Anyways, to add to what Martin said, if you also have a torch or a propane torch of some kind, try heating the crank pully itself around the crank shaft. Try not to heat the crank shaft itself, only the crank pully near and around the crank shaft. You want the pully to expand and it should pop right off.
