throwing code 20

Its a B16a with a p30 in a 96 civic. I got code 20 which is Electrical Load Detector. Now i searched and got different answers, from switching ecu to changing the fuse box or alternator. Has anyone ever had this code and what did you doto fix it. Thanks

I've never been able to fix an ELD.. When I had the ELD code, my engine light never came on.. I just left it and drove the car for years.
