What Head should I use for my b20?

Should I use a B16 Vtech head, or a Gs-r Head for my B20 EG Hatch?

What are the pros and cons for each?

How much would each head cost and where should i get it from?

Does anyone know the email/number for break the needle performance?

the GSR head will yeild a little higher compression ratio due to its combustion chamber shape. To get the most out of the GSR head you need to make use of the IABs in the intake manifold and have them functioning properly. That requires a special ecu (or modifying yours) a little extra wiring and working IAB solenoid and vacuum canister.
The b16 head has the single stage intake manifold design and flows pretty well right out of the box (the GSR head flows well too).
They both typically go for around the same price $300-500 and can be found on forums like these, just make sure to get the valve cover, vtec solenoid, intake manifold, throttle body and coolant neck, the b16 one is different than the b20 one.
You CAN re-use your dizzy, but it requires chopping one of the legs off so it will clear the vtec solenoid. Or you can just use a DOHC VTEC distributor, its up to you, either one works just as well.
I'd do a little more searching around about break the needle, not very good feedback on this site from what i've seen.

as andrew said, there are some slight differences.. but if you are paying somebody for the install they will probably charge $50-$100 more for wiring up iab and install. Also, the parts will be a bit more as well. IMO I think for the price difference between the two you are better off going with the b16. It's not like you are going to yield that much more power from the gsr to make it worth the extra money. Unless you find a gsr for wicked cheap, i'd go with a b16 head (which are a dime a dozen nowadays)

^^ What they said, plus if you want a little more compression you can have the head shaved as well.
