What kinda of motor Oil for TYPE-R?

What kinda of motor Oil for TYPE-R?
hey, I was wondering if anyone could tell me whats the best synthetic motor oil I can use on a B16B engine? Mobil 1 5w-30? That would be great, Thanks!

What does Honda recommend? I'd start there, but maybe a better brand in synth. Amsoil is what I use.

Use whatever Honda reccomends. I saw an interview with the dude from spoon and he says conventional oil is perfect for the B18C.

If you want to keep it simple, Hnoda OEM is good enough. If you want decent synthetic, Motul or AMSoil are good choices.
