I think this is an excellent idea, since seeing CSCS in Mtl is up in the air.

Let me talk to Jeff and Michelle and see if we can make a change in plans Vicki.

What's the hotel situation like up there?

I'm going to talk to my hotel that I work at to see if they can work out a deal like they did for the others who came last time.. I'm going to see if they will sponsor the event, which they probably will! I hope to see everyone!

It would be a privilege to be part of this, unfortunately I can't at this time. Vicki, you sure go out of your way to lay the foundation for events, kudos to you. Hope you all have a great time.

I won't be able to get any good prices at my hotel because we are booked But there is this one hotel which isn't that bad.. It's called the voyager, and I think it's $70 a night. I'm going to call some hotels tomorrow to see if I can work out a deal with them

Hey guys! I was only able to get a hld of a few hotels that I thought the price would be reasonable. The cheapest is called the Voyager, it's not bad, for a double room it's $75.. Super 8 is 109. And comfort in is 144. The hotel I work at is totally booked for a softball tournament which sucks or I could've gotten a good rate for everyone. If anyone needs too, they can crash at my place, I have like 3 extra rooms at my house. Let me know! I hope I can see everyone here!
