Ok, here goes - again. Believe it or not this car doesn't want to leave me!!!!

I sold this 2 months ago to my tenant's younger bro. The guy quits his job shortly thereafter, then loses his insurance as he gets cancelled - has to get facility insurance, but with no cash - you can see what I am painting here.

Then he gives the Dunlops to his brother. So I bolt on a set a steelies I had kicking around (don't we all?) so I can move it around. He pulls the stereo out.

Sigh........

Anyways, I want my garage back......


Body in good condition, all rust cut out, new metal brazed in. New: rad, gas tank, oil pan, battery, header & exhaust, struts and shocks, brakes (pads, shoes, rotors, wheel cylinders etc). Jackson Racing springs in rear. Fresh paint. JDM body kit installed. Note: Rims in the pics are NOT available - so don't ask - please. Car is sitting on steel rims with all seasons that are in need of replacing...






Car has 164,000 original kms. Automatic. Glass all good. Will be exempt from Drive Clean in January.


Currently the car runs strong, Fires up with a little choke everytime - but idle is erratic. Needs carb isolator/heater gasket ($45 item at Honda - even cheaper if you use the TCC member discount at Parkway) to cure. Transmission shifts fine, but parking clutch needs adjustment.

Needs E brake cable and tires for safety. Glass is all good, and all bulbs - every stinkin' one - has been replaced.

I will throw in - 'cause I'm so generous - a Haynes AND Chilton manual, a JVC cassette deck, the stock deck, a Alpine 45wx4 amp

$500 as is - FIRM It's worth it. Drive it away. It will be drive clean except in January so if you want to drop in a DOHC ZC - you can do it!

Interior has stock seats with nice "pleather" seat covers - not the cheezy kind you find at Walmart or Crappy Tire.

Price is FIRM at $500 considering the body has all the rust cut out of it. Fresh paint, New suspension,JACKSON RACING Springs,body kit,clean interior,new exhaust - header back (means header, mid pipe, muffler & tail pipe ALL NEW). New gas tank, oil pan, fan, battery with transferrable warranty. New plugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor.

It will pass emissions, engine runs very clean and is exempt for emissions control equipment. Plus, in Jan 1 it will be exempt from the drive clean program. (cars 1988 and older will always be exempt - even with the new proposed changes)

Price is firm guys. If you want to lowball, then go find a domestic beater with rocker rust and other ailments. I'll keep it then.

Acceptable trades:

88-92 shell with no rust with all glass intact and in good shape. Will accept 4 door.

Unacceptable trades: anything else. Please - don't waste precious bandwidth with pms offering parts, laptops, free massages etc.

I will install new E Brake cable next week (I insulated my garage - yay!) But price will be $800.00

Car goes in autotrader next week.
