Sorry but its rediculous what $12,500 will buy you...Might want to consider parting out some of the extras if your plannin on making the money back you put into the car!

 

I agree price is too high. Its not easy to make your money back on cars these days. I put $12,500 into my 240sx (including car) - it was over 300hp. I just sold it for $8000.

Good luck with the sale though. I might be interested in the B16 if you were to part out.

 

Trying to get a feel for what these cars are selling for. Im looking to sell the car complete, + or - some parts. What is a realistic price to ask? Opinions welcome.

hey man...my car almost identical to yours...i have a b18c1 engine with the same addons as yours and some. with a turbonectics turbo kit. and i would maybe sell for about 9000-10,000

u'll be lucky to get $7000 for it....

 

you might have been able to get 12K in 1999 but even that is a stretch.

You can find a used type R for as low as 15K

 

I guess I will have to part it out.
