Its a sad day, my baby is sold



1999 Acura 1.6EL - silver
Power windows, Power locks, Power/heated mirrors, 5 speed, A/C, tilt, cruise, cloth interior, 204,XXX KM. Sold certified and emissions tested. Runs amazing and gets great gas milegage. Did Montreal to Toronto (610km) on 1 tank with a few litres left over.

-Really a well maintained car. Hard to find one for $5500 with receipts of maintainance, etc. Comes with:
-35% tinted windows
-smoked headlights with amber corner still in
-custom 97-98 grill (Shown in pic, but also comes with a brand new unpainted 99-00 grill too, BNIB)
-Pioneer CD player

If you want a $700 Compustar 2W900FM-AS alarm system with remote start, back-up siren, 110db interior siren and back-up remote already installed, add $200.

If you want a Skunk2 short shifter with Buddy Club shift **** add $75. Has Polyuretyhane Energy Suspension bushings.

Price is firm. For a 1999 EL fully maintained, safetied and e-tested this is not a bad price. If it dosen't sell it will be advertised as $6000 in the autotrader in a week or two. Car is being sold because i'm a student and graduating so OSAP wants their money. Hence the need to pay down debt so my car must go.


Maintenance: (Oil changed every 5000km like clockwork)
Car had full maintenance done.

At 168,000km:
-Timing belt and water pump
-Front brake pads and rotors
-Valve adjustment
-Distributor cap and rotor
-Spark plugs with Iradium NKG
-Fuel filter
-Oil changed to AMSOIL 5W30 full synthetic and OEM Honda S2000 filters
-Flushed rad system
-Flushed tranny fluid
-Flushed brake system
-Two new Bridgestone Blizzak tires

At 195,000km
-Brand new Exedy clutch and Exedy flywheel installed.
-again, new tranny fluid
-Flushed clutch fluid
-Serviced brakes
-Red MSD spark plug wires
- New OEM Acura windshield wipers

At 198,000km
-Replaced battery

Problem areas:
-A/C needs a recharge.
-car currently needs alignment, was gonna do that with new wheels installed
-end-links which i'll be providing. I'll be ordering RSX-S end-links to re-install the stock 13mm rear sway bar (same as civic SIR).

There are no maintenance left to perform at all. Cluch = done, tune-up = done...its get in a go.
