Hasn't seen the last two winters
1 owner, no accidents, fully loaded
Clean throughout, non-smoker, no pet driving
New tires on alloys...although I'm sure you have rims picked out already
Never been raced...doesn't mean it doesn't look sweet though
Balance of 7yr/160,000 Honda warranty
E-tested and Certified by Honda

Ultimately, this could be a great project car. No dents, always waxed, frame is straight and sturdy and engine drives the same as when I got it...sounds a little better though...
