Im selling an 88 CRX Si..... The car does need some work but it would make a great project if anyone is interested. The only real work is paint. It is currently the stock colour red....which like all stock CRXs the paint is faided. I did not paint the car because of selling. This way you can pic the colour yourself. Interior is in great shape....i have restored all interior pannels and have put in bran new carpet....marine grade! I also bought extra door skins....with the intention of doing some fiberglass work. I did not use them so they would be great if you are interested in your own custom work. The exterior, like all CRXs had some rust ......i cut all rust out and rebuild drivers side quarter pannel (only bad part on car). Also put new floor boards in. I shaved the gas door and relocated it in the rear. It is now located behing the corner window trim of the hatch. The motor still runs fine....it is a stock D16 si motor....i had planned on swapping it out. This car is a great opportunity for someone looking at building a CRX. The moonroof still works great and there is no rust on it.....rare to find. In my process of restoring the car i also had a new windshield put in....its hard to find a crx with a scratch free windshield. I also have the stock spoiler for the car...i put a new hatch on and never got around to putting the spoiler back on.
