Not only is this bling factor, it is also much more functional than the USDM/CDM cupholders. Also, if you want to, you can relocate your stereo to the bottom to help prevent glare.

The Type R center console must be different. I don`t see how that would fit in a CDM console.
I would buy it if it does.

 

Actually is does work on a 1.6 el console. I had one b4 and I sold it to a guy with a 1.6 el and it fit. There basically the same consoles.
